Cocktail Pizza Crusts & Pizzettes.

We offer two appetizer-size pizza crusts, a 2-inch cocktail size and our new 3-inch Pizzette. Colors' Cocktail Pizza Crusts serve as the foundation for appetizer pizza for many of our customers including several Five Star hotels.

Caterers enjoy our crusts as the base to their creativity, ranging from simple tomato and cheese to tiger shrimp, smoked salmon, caviar and many exotic toppings. Our new 3-inch Pizzette was created at the request of one of our major customers.

Shaped Pizza Crusts

Through the years we have developed numerous shaped crusts, including a fish, heart, bear, Christmas tree and oval.

Our fish-shaped crust was created by Colors for a small fish restaurant company in Southern California. It adds a fun touch to their children's menu and is in keeping with the outstanding quality of their fish and seafood offering.

The Christmas tree shaped pizza has added a festive touch to the holiday pizza selection at local major theme parks. Heart, bell and rabbit shaped crusts are in keeping with children's seasonal menus for our customers.

Colors' famous bear shaped pizza was born in 1991 for the opening of our own restaurant, Colors Pizza Café. We created fun for the kids with this tomato and cheese pizza topped with a green bell pepper smile and black olive eyes and nose, and served with a colorful side order of Gummy Bears.

Besides making a lot of friends in the restaurant and being rewarded with baby-carriage loads of smiles from our young customers, our Kid's Gummy Bear Pizza was awarded First Prize at the 1996 Pizza across America competition in San Francisco in the Specialty category.
