Cocktail Crusts & PizzettesOur unique appetizer crusts are the perfect foundation for hors d’oeuvre and canapé creations. We offer three sizes, our 2-inch Mini-Cocktail with a small edge, 2½-inch Cocktail with a high raised edge, and 3½-inch Pizzette. The crusts feature our traditional pizza dough and are par-baked so you need to cook only long enough for your toppings to get brown and bubbly.

Mini Cheese Pizzas

Our Mini Cheese Pizzas are a great tasting and easy to use finger food that work well as appetizers in catering and bar menus.

Colors Mini Cheese Pizzas use our 2½-inch Cocktail Crust as the foundation, then are topped with our own tomato pizza sauce, whole milk mozzarella and a pinch of oregano. They can be baked and served “as is” or topped with your choice of ingredients to create your own assortment.
