Martial
Bricnet, Chef Owner of Colors Gourmet Pizza, is a familiar
face to both his community and to colleagues. His involvement
reflects his dedication to education, and he shares with other
industry members a commitment to making a difference in the
lives of others in the Southern California area. Martial is
often recruited as both a guest speaker and a field expert
in presentations to industry members, including:
Presenter for Gas Company seminars conducted in the utility's
test kitchen for their customers who are restaurant owners,
facility designers and other industry members. As a field
expert, Martial has demonstrated pizza presentations along
with industry tips about how to produce the perfect pizza.
