Colors' Herb Breads are available in a 12" x 16" half sheet size and come in two thicknesses.
The thicker Focaccia can be used in bread baskets, grilled and served with your favorite dipping sauce, or as accompaniment to Italian food.
The thinner Panini is ideal for sandwiches, using one sheet for the top and one for the bottom, and is exceptional for use in a panini grill. Our Panini Herb Bread is also recommended as a base for buffet pizza, happy hour finger-food, bruschetta, and appetizers.
For outstanding garlic bread, as an alternative to Italian bread, turn a sheet of Colors' Focaccia or Panini Herb Bread up-side down and spread your favorite garlic, parsley, cheese and butter mixture, then bake. |
Pizza Dough Balls
Colors frozen Pizza Dough Balls are available in traditional, semolina, herb and whole wheat recipes. The "stock" sizes come in a range from 4 oz to 24 oz. and we can on-demand make smaller or larger sizes to accommodate our customers' needs.
Our dough balls make outstanding hand tossed pizzas. Enterprising chefs also use them for creating their own Focaccia or French Fougasse bread, calzones, flatbreads, breadsticks, and other imaginative baked goods. |
