Focaccia & Panini Bread

Colors herb Focaccia and Panini Breads are hand pushed in baking pans, then hand dimpled. We brush a tomato-water solution to add a golden brown color to the bread, and the solution is "trapped" in the dimples, which adds flavor and helps in the crust development.

The product is par-baked and requires a final bake of about five to eight minutes after it's thawed. You may brush a flavored olive oil on the bread before the final bake.

Focaccia Bread

Our par-baked herb Focaccia Bread measures 16 X 16 inches, and weighs three pounds. It is used in bread baskets or for specialty sandwiches. For a superior garlic bread, as an alternative to Italian bread, turn a sheet of Focaccia up-side down and spread your favorite garlic, parsley, cheese and butter mixture, then bake.

Panini Bread

The herb Panini Bread, a thinner version of the Focaccia Bread, also measures 16 X 16 inches, but weighs only two pounds. The Panini Bread is ideal for sandwich making, with one sheet used for the top and one for the bottom. The Panini Bread is the perfect choice for buffet pizza, happy-hour finger food and as a base for appetizers.
