PIZZA SPECIALS
The following ideas are proven favorites featured through
the years on the menu of our own restaurant, Colors Pizza
Café. We created our first par-baked pizza crust for
our own use and developed a range of pizzas to please every
taste. We invite you to choose from the list below and add
new and different presentations to your own menu.
Margharita
Colors’ homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and
fresh basil top the Margharita, the world’s best known
pizza. You may replace the pizza sauce with slices of fresh
tomatoes.
Pepperoni
Colors used its homemade pizza sauce with lots of pepperoni,
mozzarella cheese and a pinch of oregano for this favorite.
Colors Hot Italian Sausage Pizza
(Winner of the Traditional Pizza
competition, Las Vegas Pizza Festival '1995)
Colors’ homemade pizza sauce and basil pesto form the
base that is topped with Colors’ hot Italian sausage,
mushrooms,green, red and yellow bell peppers, black olives,
red onions, garlic, oregano, mozzarella and fontina cheese.
Pesto and Goat Cheese
Basil pesto sauce, chopped tomatoes, roasted garlic, parmesan
and goat cheese, fresh basil and pine nuts are a wonderfully
tasty combination that will be a striking addition to your
menu.
Five Cheeses
This robust pizza is created with mozzarella, jalapeno jack,
smoked Gouda, fontina and goat cheese, garlic, oregano, fresh
basil and scallions.
Vegetarian
Colors’ olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and fresh basil
dressing add a marvelous flavor to chopped tomatoes, artichoke
hearts, mushrooms, green, red and yellow bell peppers, spinach,
red onions, bean sprouts, black olives, garlic and fontina
cheese.
Grilled Shrimp
One of Colors’ change-of-pace pizza uses spicy Szechwan
sauce, garlic, bean sprouts, sun dried tomatoes, green onions,
fresh mint and a bountiful amount of grilled shrimp.
South of the Pizza
With well strained homemade salsa, grilled marinated chicken
tenders, sliced tomatoes, red onions, jalapeno jack cheese
and fresh cilantro, this taste treat is a favorite among Colors’
guests.
Thai Chicken
Spicy barbecue and peanut butter sauce are the perfect complement
to grilled marinated chicken tenders, bean sprouts, water
chestnuts, red bell peppers, mozzarella cheese and black sesame
seeds.
Ham & Cheese
To Colors’ olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and fresh basil
dressing, we add fresh spinach, chopped tomatoes, honey-cured
ham, garlic, fontina and mozzarella cheese.
Kid’s Gummy Bear Pizza
(Winner in the Specialty Pizza competition,
San Francisco Pizza Festival 1996)
We created fun for the kids with this tomato and cheese pizza
with green bell pepper smile and black olive eyes and nose
on our bear-shaped crust, served with a colorful side order
of Gummy Bears.
La Grande Works
This "every taste treat" begins with Colors’
homemade pizza sauce and is topped with Color’s hot
Italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, green and red bell peppers,
mushrooms, black olives, mushrooms, red onions, mozzarella
cheese and oregano.
Greek Pizza
Colors’ olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and fresh basil
dressing, roasted garlic, chopped tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata
olives, feta cheese and fresh basil blend to create a different
and delicious choice for your guests.
Oriental Barbecue Chicken
For those who like it hot, Colors created this pizza with
hot Szechwan barbecue sauce, grilled marinated chicken tenders,
red bell peppers, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mozzarella
cheese, scallions and black sesame seeds.
Hawaiian Pizza
This young "Californian" favorite pizza is made
with homemade pizza sauce, honey-cured ham, fresh pineapple,
mozzarella cheese and toasted almonds.
Tuna Niçoise
Colors’ creativity is up front with this pizza made
with homemade pizza sauce, grilled tuna, anchovies, mozzarella
cheese and black olives.

PIZZA OF THE DAY & SPECIALS
We created for Colors Café guests a rich assortment
of pizza choices and presented many as daily specials.
Spinach Caesar Salad
Colors creates this outstanding pizza with Caesar salad dressing,
fresh spinach, bacon, chopped tomatoes, anchovies, garlic
and parmesan cheese.
Turmeric Chicken
Colors’ homemade pizza sauce is the beginning of this
specialty pizza, with grilled chicken marinated in fresh herbs,
turmeric and oriental chili garlic sauce, with mozzarella
cheese.
Lone Star
Hot and hearty, this pizza is topped with homemade chili,
red onions, jalapenos, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Jasmine Tea Smoked Chicken
This wild taste treat begins with wild red chili sauce and
is topped with grilled chicken marinated in jasmine tea with
water chestnuts, bean sprouts, smoked gouda cheese and scallions.
Blue Cheese Chowder
Colors’ creates this incomparable treat with well-strained
seafood chowder, lemon juice, shrimp, green onions, sun-dried
tomatoes, garlic, crumbled blue cheese, cilantro and paprika.
Mediterranean Ratatouille
This celebration of nature’s bounty combines stewed
zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, bell peppers, tomatoes,
onions, garlic, fontina and mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.

BRUNCH & BREAKFAST PIZZA
Scrambled Pizza
Colors adds color to the day with two eggs scrambled top Colors’
homemade pizza sauce, bacon and breakfast potatoes.
Huevo Ranchero Pizza
Another favorite begins with two eggs up atop well-strained
fresh salsa, then adds homemade chili, jalapeno jack cheese
and breakfast potatoes.
Corned Beef Hash Pizza
Two eggs up with Colors’ homemade pizza sauce add to
this treat with corned beef hash and breakfast potatoes.
Smoked Salmon Pizza
Crème fraîche, diced red onions, dill, thinly
sliced lemon and smoked salmon blend a symphony of tastes
to please your guests.
Gummy Bear Breakfast Pizza
Kids 12 and under are delighted with this treat made with
tomato sauce, scrambled eggs, potato and bacon on our bear-shaped
crust, served with a colorful side order of Gummy Bears.
